The RUK FutureTech T-01 Frameset and Aero Carbon Fork are engineered for high-performance track cycling applications and are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Warranty Coverage

RUK FutureTech provides a 3-year limited manufacturer warranty for the T-01 Frameset and Aero Carbon Fork against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized sales channels and owned by the original purchaser.


2. Intended Use

The T-01 Frameset is specifically designed for:

  • Velodrome and track cycling applications
  • Fixed gear track racing
  • Controlled competition and training environments

Use outside intended applications, including but not limited to:

  • Off-road riding
  • BMX, downhill, freeride, gravel, stunt riding
  • Motorized conversion
  • Excessive impact usage

may void the warranty.


3. Rider Responsibility

The rider is solely responsible for:

  • Proper assembly and maintenance
  • Regular inspection for cracks, damage, or abnormal wear
  • Using components compatible with the specified standards
  • Following recommended torque specifications and installation procedures

Improper installation, misuse, neglect, crash damage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.


4. Weight Limit

The maximum recommended system rider weight for the T-01 platform is:

  • 115 kg (including rider, equipment, and carried accessories)

Exceeding the specified weight limit may compromise structural performance and safety and will void warranty coverage.


5. Racing & High-Performance Use

Track cycling is an inherently dangerous activity involving high speeds and elevated physical loads. While the T-01 Frameset is engineered and tested according to ISO 4210 standards and developed in accordance with UCI profile regulations, no bicycle product can guarantee absolute safety under all riding conditions.

The rider assumes all risks associated with competitive cycling and high-performance riding.


6. UCI Compliance & Homologation

The T-01 Frameset geometry and tube profiles are developed in accordance with current UCI dimensional and aerodynamic regulations. Official UCI homologation is currently in process and subject to final approval by the governing authority.

Specifications and compliance status may be updated without prior notice.


7. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear
  • Paint scratches, decals, or finish damage
  • Crash or impact damage
  • Improper storage or transport
  • Corrosion due to environmental exposure
  • Unauthorized repair or modification
  • Improper assembly or maintenance

8. Limitation of Liability

RUK FutureTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products, including personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or competition-related loss.
