At RUK FutureTech, every product is engineered with a strong focus on structural integrity, performance reliability, and manufacturing precision. In the unlikely event of a warranty-related issue, customers may submit a warranty claim for evaluation under our manufacturer warranty policy.

Warranty Coverage
The T-01 Frameset and Aero Carbon Fork are covered by a 3-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended track cycling use.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please provide the following information:

Proof of Purchase / Order Invoice
Product Model and Frame Size
Serial Number (if applicable)
Detailed Description of the Issue
Clear Images of the Product and Affected Area
Description of Riding Conditions and Incident History

Warranty Evaluation Process
All warranty claims are subject to technical inspection and evaluation by the RUK FutureTech engineering team. Product inspection may require the item to be returned for structural assessment before approval or replacement decisions are made.

RUK FutureTech reserves the right to:
Repair the product
Replace the product
Provide an equivalent alternative
Reject claims not covered under warranty conditions

Warranty Does Not Cover
The manufacturer warranty does not cover:
Crash or impact damage
Improper installation or assembly
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Cosmetic wear and paint damage
Damage from misuse or neglect
Improper maintenance
Commercial misuse or abnormal riding conditions
Use outside intended track cycling applications

Important Safety Notice
Carbon fiber bicycle components must be regularly inspected for cracks, impact damage, or abnormal wear. Continued use of a damaged frameset or fork may result in structural failure and serious injury.
Customers are strongly advised to discontinue riding immediately if structural damage is suspected and contact RUK FutureTech for technical assistance.

Warranty Terms
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Warranty policies and technical specifications may be updated without prior notice as part of ongoing engineering development and product improvement.
